Completed in Summer of 2021, this project includes a 10,000 square foot Kiddie Academy daycare and an 8,000 square foot medical office building. Located in one of the fastest growing areas of the country in Fort Mill, SC, this parcel remained undeveloped and bank owned for over 10 years due to utility accessibility challenges. Vulcan solved these challenges to develop the parcel and meet an underserved need in the community for quality daycare and medical office space.
