The Vault Rock Hill is a 70,000 rentable square foot self-storage facility located near the high traffic count intersection of Celanese Road and Heckle Blvd in Rock Hill, SC. Completed in late 2018, Vulcan created value by taking the land through annexation, rezoning, and solving utility availability challenges. In addition, Vulcan engineered an underground stormwater storage system to create an outparcel corner at a signalized intersection for future development.
