Vulcan Property Group will break ground in early 2023 on a 25,000 square foot, 2-story flexible office building in the commercial core of Cornelius (Charlotte), NC. The project will provide flexible, high-quality office space to this affluent community along Lake Norman, and will be operated by Serendipity Labs, a national provider of upscale flexible workspaces.
