Construction began in Fall 2022 on this mixed-use project along the fast-growing southern side of Fort Mill, SC. The project contains 18,000 square feet of restaurant/retail space, a 15,000 square foot flex building, and an 85,000 rentable square foot climate-controlled self-storage facility branded as The Vault Fort Mill. This will be the first project in a new commercial corridor at the entrance to the 1,500 acre, 1,300 home Elizabeth development by Lennar Homes.
